How to self-exclude from Caesars Sportsbook
Caesars Sportsbook self-exclusion lasts at least 12 months. Caesars' own page says you can do it at a Caesars Sportsbook or by mailing a notarized form. If you only need a short break, there is also a 3 to 30 day cool-off.
We link to this operator only so you can lock yourself out. We do not promote betting apps or sportsbooks.
Step 1: Check your app first
Log in and look under Responsible Gaming in your account. If self-exclusion is offered there in your state, you can use it.
Step 2: Or use the form
Download the Caesars Sportsbook self-exclusion form, fill it in, and get it notarized. Many banks and shipping stores have a notary.
Step 3: Send it in
Mail it to the address on the form, or take it to a Caesars Sportsbook in person.
Step 4: Stop the marketing
Email [email protected] or call (855) 474-0606 to opt out of texts and emails.
Step 5: Add your state program
For a wider lock, enroll in your state's self-exclusion list too. Caesars' ban applies in the local jurisdiction.
Good to know
- Caesars' responsible gaming page has the latest form and rules.
- When the period ends, coming back takes a separate reinstatement form. It does not end on its own.
